SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The Social Game exclusively sells 100% digital products and downloadable creative assets (including reel bundles, templates, and digital resources).

1. No Physical Shipping:
Since all our products are digital, no physical shipment, courier service, or physical packaging is involved.

2. Instant Digital Delivery:
Upon successful completion of payment, access to the purchased digital products is delivered instantly:
- Via a direct download link on the order confirmation page.
- Via an automated email sent to the customer's registered email address containing the access and download details.

3. International Shipping:
Because we do not manufacture or ship physical goods across borders, physical international shipping and customs processing are not applicable to our business. Digital files can be accessed globally via the internet.

4. Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your download email within 10-15 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@thesocialgame.in with your order details.
